Each Rerobirds instrument is handcrafted in small batches, and every piece is unique. For this reason we do not offer general returns or exchanges on intstruments once they are delivered or shipped.
If Your Instrument Arrives Damaged

Should anything happen during delivery or shipping, please contact us within 72 hours with photographs of the damage. We will repair the instrument at no cost or replace it if the damage is beyond repair.
Setup Adjustments
Climate can very across the islands. If your instrument needs a small adjustment after settling into your home, we are happy to assist. Minor setup tweaks are complimentary for Big Island customers.
